Caster / Camber / Toe In / Toe Out...

Hey guys, i just bought my first jeep about 2 months ago and when i bought it i noticed that the front tires were worn terribly unevenly but they were also very thin tread so I figured i'd fix it before i put on new tires. I noticed yesterday when walking toward my jeep that my front tires look like they are sitting like this... \____/ with the bottoms closer together than the tops. So now for some background info and the questions:

2001 Jeep Wrangler
135k miles
35" KM2 tires
4" Procomp lift
1.25" body lift
Brand new rear tires
Front tires need replacing
I have only put about 250 or less miles on it but the spare is worn so unevenly that the outside of the tire is baby butt smooth and the inside has 1/16" left. This leads me to believe that this is not a new problem. Scary to think the PO was still driving with that tire on before it became the spare.

1. What is that particular angle called? (Caster/Camber/Toe...)
2. Is it adjustable?
3. Why would it be set like that in the first place?

Thanks for your help guys. Hopefully I asked the question right!
