CB and KC Lights Mounts

First off,,, I have a 98 TJ with a Cargo Master Congo rack with the long basket on top.

I need two mounts that do not cost an arm and a leg.

First, I need a CB mount. My CB sits on the dash right now and I think I want it over head since that is where my last one was. I may have to make one myself.

Secondly, I need a Light Bar of some kind that will keep my 4" KC Lites below my cargo basket. By keeping them below the basket I can still strap down my kayaks and canoe and etc... I guess it has to mount to the Cargo Master base frame or the windshield top rim. Yea, I may have to give up mounting them on top and just mount them infront of my mirrors and on the front grill guard. I have been to numerous stores shops from Arizona to NC and found nothing. Any ideas?

Here is a cool website that sells CB mounts and Antenna mounts for Jeeps. I have one of the antenna mounts and it is nice. No holes to drill or anything. He sells these off of ebay and there is a link to his ebay store on the webpage.
