CD stuck in cd player

Hi All, I have an '05 LJ and while on a trip the cd player will not eject the cd. I can get it to switch between radio and cd, but it will not eject no matter what I try. Is there a hidden switch inside I can trip or am I stuck with Johnny Cash. I am not at home now and do not want to replace the system until I do get home. Thanks in advance.

I was able to eject my CD from an OEM unit with a small screwdriver probing near the opening on the side only took a few seconds of probing. I just forget which side it was

I had a CD get stuck in mine just a few weeks after I got it. I thought "Well, now I have an excuse to get the new head unit I've been wanting". Unfortunately, after a little probing like the others have stated, the disk came out and haven't had a problem since. Guess I'll be stuck with the stock unit for a little longer.

Thanks for all the input, I will be trying what I can tomorrow with a small screwdriver. The cd that is in the player still will play, however, when I press the eject button it stops, the radio comes on but the cd does not eject.

Jeembro is right on! Put in another cd and hit eject. They both should eject!
