Question Ceramic Brake Pucks Question for 2005 TJ

I have a 2005 Willys Wrangler Jeep that has had an AEV large front Brake kit installed, but the rear pucks (Stock, I assume) are a bit worn down, and I wanted to get some CERAMIC brake pucks for it. Has anyone had experience with ceramic brake pucks on a heavily modified Jeep TJ? How well do they work, and what is the wear factor on them? Are they worth getting? Opinions are welcome.
Many Thanks
