Changing Differential/Transfer Case Fluid

I have 120,000 on my 98. I have no idea as to what the P.O. did to it maintenance-wise. I've put about 12k miles on the car in the past year and a half.
I figured that I might as well change the differential/transfer case fluids since I recently discovered the stock radiator hoses were still in the jeep and the tranny fluid was VERY dirty. That was a huge tip off that she didn't do much to it.

Any advice? I haven't ever done this before.

What type of advice are you looking for? Fluid Brands/types? Plug locations? Fluid Capacities?

Do you have a manual or auto tranny?

Did you have them drop the pan and replace the filter or just flush it?

They dropped the pan, did a complete service, and repaired the cooling lines
