Your engine oil & filter choice was fine. Literally any type of good quality ATF in the transfer case is fine, your ATF+3 was a good choice and ATF+4 is an even better choice if you can't find ATF+3 which is sometimes not easily found. Your lockers don't require any specific viscosity GL-5 gear lube or additives, 80W-90, 75W-90 etc. is fine. If you tow or do really hardcore wheeling, a heavier viscosity like 80W-120 etc. is fine.
