Lookin for a decent brand of 31" tires
I'm considering the wrangler authority A/T (31x10.5x15) for $148 per tire
Any input is appreciated

Treadwright Guard Dogs, $110/each
https://www.treadwright.com/p-12-31-...d-dog-m-t.aspx

2 year warranty and they balanced better than any tire I've EVER gotten for any vehicle before!

I have wrangler authority A/T (31x10.5x15) I like them. Have about 14K on them and they look great. Do they have some noise, yep. Do they go where every I wanted....yep. Mud, snow, yep. Even took them on a Jeep Jamboree last month. FUN!!!

I've got a set of Cooper A/T3's with a couple thousand miles on them and I really like them LT31x10.5R15. I found some blems at the local store for $104, I think the reg price was about $140.

I know this thread really old, but wondering if someone could answer my question -
- Treadwright apparently weighs about 73lbs/tire, similar (read expensive) BFGs and Duratracs weigh only 42lbs/tire. I have Dana-35 in the back (with 3.07) with stock axle.
Will the weight be an issue here, i don't want to break the axle. Any thoughts?

I went with Mastercraft CTs awesome tires! Very little road noise and a few people I work with use them and say they are great for jeeps!

I have had mastercrafts in the past and they last well as long as you keep them rotated. They did ok on my Tahoe in the sand.

Couple of my friends run theses

They do perform well and wear great, the rubber seems harder than most tires
