Well my fingers are raw for how tight it was..............BUT wthi a little hard work and determination I was able to make it fit..........the new top that is..... And also added a deck cover and took off the doors. Now let's see if I get pulled over for no mirrors.

I really like the looks of the cut back fender flares, has anyone done it with the 7 inch wide flares? Those are what I have, and I'm having a hard time visualizing it.

Moved the bar. No point in buying one when all you need to do is cut.

just some advice for anyone planning on doing any bedlinning to any parts of their jeep. i was just re-doing my grille that i originally PAINTED (it chipped so im bedlinning it now) and i had a can of some home depot bedlinner that i tried to use. idk if it was the can but it sucked. so i ran back to autozone and picked up the stuff i used to do my bumpers with. SO MUCH BETTER

duplicolor bed liner is the way to go in my book

It's the original speaker bar. Just cut off the middle with a cut off wheel, added speakers, and zipped it back up.

Nope. I stepped back and noticed that the top section of the sound bar was higher than the cross bar. I cut the light out and about 4 inches on each side.

It'd be massively large but fill it with that spray foam stuff that hardens?

So I cut back my front fenders and in doing so, got rid of my side turn signals so this was my solution.
Thats a pretty kick ass idea. Getting ready to order up MCE flat fenders...This will solve my turn signal probs. Is that just the mopar stock bumper end cap?

I drilled a hole slightly over the size of the shaft and then another hole big enough and super glued a nut in there, and after day 2 of that it popped of going into second gear so I'm working on a better way to hold it in place.

Yea its pretty much what started the bedliner kraze on this thread lol. Not that poeple havent been using it forever, its just the first time it was mentioned here. BTW I used the duplicolor liner and its starting to peel off a bit... Going to have to redo it with rustoleum soon. Maybe this time I will take pics of the process.

Do you think the rustoleum would hold up to line the entire tub?

Thats what I used, its working great so far. there is only one spot along a crease where it peeled off but thats likely my mistake for not getting the sand paper in tight enough to give it something to stick to. Chalk one up for user error, rustoleum for the win.

Nope, 1 full day (well 24hr period) Pull the seats out, tape it off, sand it down, clean it out, and spray your heart out. Heres a tip tho, do it while you can have your doors and top off, unless you like to get really toasty off paint fumes.

sweet, I feel like bedliner fumes would be worse than normal paint in a non ventilated area
