That looks like a design. It wraps around the hood ?????? Idk what to call it

The hood was intentional. I just used some tape to make the design on the hood. I had some body damage, and that's what pushed me into spraying it.

Not to cheap of a mod but.......
I did the Clevis pin quick disco mod but because of the size 7/16 there was always some play. I installed the JKS quick discos (found them for around $105) and after installing them .... Wow what a difference.
I think the major difference is I could dial in the sway bar back to parallel. The lift left the angle a little off.

So I can't help but notice that old military pup tents are almost the perfect size to make a sun top....

Add a few new eye holes around the edges and tuck the tent doors up and its about perfect for a bungee on sun top. I want to see if i can do it in a way that keeps the doors flaps then I can just stash the poles under the seat and have a tent on hand. If you don't care about the top to tent possibility cutting the flaps off look like it would work a lot easier.
If I can get around to soon, Ill start a thread on the how to.

Really? I thought to only difference was the way the link mounts to the sway bar. The way it mounts to the axle is similar, no?

Put up some more pictures, like how it runs across the front of the vehicle. It does look different.

Well it's similar. But the mount is bent more up where yours is straight

umm i couldnt tell ya really, i never actually heard the break. im thinking i cracked it on a trail or sometime, and continues driving just made it break, i noticed it because fro 20-30 mph my jeep would shake like no freakin other. but before this point i was giving it some skinny pedal which could have worsen the damage. its fixable and not to expensive i dont think. ill find out tomorrow.

Thats a nifty product. Would help to hide my factory rim and take the eyes away from my stupidly bald spare tire lol.

yea im hoping it holds up good. its just the mounting plate tho so you will need arms to go on your swing out

since these are just the mounts/plate they dont really hook up to a swing out unless you have arms for it. but it is universal so im sure you could find a way to mount it somewhere. ill put a pic up in a second

Oh man, so i decided my llocal driveshaft place was ripping me off just to fix my broken drive shaft. so i told them to cancel (they already finished but i dont care) and instead im gunna spend an extra 50 bucks and get a BRAND NEW TOM WOODS drive shaft (complete assembly). all in all, its running me 400 bucks for a drive shaft. Im pretty cheap so im not happy about it, but atleast its being upgrade and i can maybe resale my old one

Just finished this mod this afternoon. $15.00 for both rocker switches from the auto part store. The switch on the left is wired into my door switch so I can cancel my interior lights when the doors r off. The switch on the right is wired into my garage door opener.
