I like to do cheap easy fun things to my tj, I have seen alot out there, but lets put all of our ideas on one thread. We all know about supension, regearing and all of that stuff, but what about the little things, that are just creative. Like cb radio mounts, anything custome. I will start off with what I have done, no available pictures but I will get some up ASAP. Well i mounted my cb behind the center console, I also made custom "oh sh*t" grab handles from 550 cord. I also put a cb speaker in place of my ash tray. I plan on doing some work with ammo cans, I know alot of you guys are CREATIVE so lets see what you guys have done.

When you say layers, do you mean spray, let sit for 5 min, spray and repeat or spray. Let sit till hard and spray repeat...
Spray and let it dry for 5-10 min then spray another coat then let set then spray ect... the more layers the stronger it'll be.

I figured that since I haven't used the rear seats in my TJ in about 3 years...I should use the space. I had some spare wood laying around the garage from a previous project at the house and came up with this box. Didn't cost me a penny since it was all spare wood!!!

Wish my seat mounted like that cuz it would be cool to make a similar box out of steel but have a drawer instead of the flip up top, then you could remount the seat hardware to the top of the box and mount the seat on top of the drawer just an idea but id have those kind of seats, what year do they come in may try to get one and make this.

Looks great! But a friendly piece of advice, get a open looped tow strap with no hooks on it. Those are known to snap and cause human or vehicle damage.
