Looks great! But a friendly piece of advice, get a open looped tow strap with no hooks on it. Those are known to snap and cause human or vehicle damage.

Cherokees are half way designed to remove them. Doesn't bother the body

Started to spray the interior with krylon fusion. I already love it, the pick of the door didn't come out good but here is the difference in color.

Nope just black electrical. I made a line I liked on the widest point and then filled in from there, it took me 3 or so pieces.

I actually do have one, just not in the pic. I keep this one as a "just in case", but I appreciate the info.

If you put it in the passenger side, you don't have to worry about kickin it. It's the passengers fault:P

So my buddy showed me a picture on here of a TJ that had an ammo can mounted to the front bumper in place of the license plate. So I decided to copy that and make it my own. I've only mounted one so far but I plan to mount on on the right side as well.

Function 10. Durability 8. Looks 4. Great idea. Keeps from taking up space inside the jeep. But the whole BAM I'm a metal box on your bumper look just kills it for me. Not your fault I actually think you did a great job on it. Just it in general kills me on looks. Saw someone put one in place of the front fender flare extension. Ugly as sin too. Great functionality. Just ugly as sin

I've seen some at shows where the guys have mounted it to the center of the spare tire. It was actually a pretty clean look. But I agree...clean install on your part.

Whoa! After a few hours reading all the mods, i've got so many things to do to my Jeep!

little bit harder to get parts down here in New Zealand, but its all good!

I'll try take some proper photos of my TJ and post up the mods, here is mine anyway. Will go in to more detail when I take some better pics.

You can see the rear bumper is trimmed on an angle. Got the jeep like that, think it looks pretty cool

Cool idea, don't know if I will bolt one to the bumper but will definitely mount one somewhere.

Looks great, love the color matched flares on the sport thinking about doing it. The rear bumper does look really cool, I like the bump stops on the rear.

Very true, are your postal jeeps left hand drive since ours are right hand? and I usually don't like color matching hard tops but yours looks awesome in blue
