Anybody got an easy cheap way to put a screen behind the grill to keep junk outa the radiator? The farm we hunt on hasn't been cut in awhile and its as tall as my hood so every time I go down there my radiators gets filled with grass and junk.

I used gutter guard from Lowe's, cut it to fit and zip tied it to the grill insert, only cost about $2 or $3 bucks.

That looks great. I'm so going to do that. Any tricks or advice you can offer to help it go smoothly?

Ok so I didn't getthe chance to use my bed liner but I'm doing it tomorrow for sure and will post up some picture. But I have questions first did you guys use sand paper on the door handles? And what grit 400? Last how did you guys get under the handle? That's a tough spot to get to I'm not sure how to go about getting under there

I believe I used 320 grit? I think. I know it was somewhere around there. And for behind the handle I just got as good as I could get. And sprayed the liner in at an angle. Looks good can't notice any differnce

I had one from bomknobs.com on my CJ5, which has a very long shifted, and never had a problem with it popping out of gear.

THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND EASY without the proper tools.. but it was a BLAST to accomplish!

1.25" hardened stock (small AC motor shaft)
Timken bearings
SS 3" stock bored to hold Timken races
Top and bottom are of mild steel and I have shims for preloading
Nice!!!

Good job. Looks good. I need to do mine soon. I did the tailgate by taking it out but will probably mask for the doors.

I just took out my chrome grill inserts, not the whole grill.
You need grill inserts to do it the way I did mine.
