Yes both my bumpers are done with it. As well as my interior and rails for my soft top. The clay is what's a pita.

I added 2 switches on for my aux lights and the other TBD but I will probably make it so I can turn the dome lights on and off. I could have made it look a little prettier but hell its a jeep! lol

I just used a da sander with 80 grit sandpaper to take care of all the chips and scratches. then red scotch brite to get all the areas hard to reach. then i sprayed a white sealer over the whole jeep then sprayed the coating with a special gun that comes with the kit. spray a steading even coat over the whole area then u can come back and go back over the same area and according to how rough or smooth u want is up to u. then let it sit. it takes about 4 days to become rock solid but u and work with it after a day..

hubby and i built our redneck cb deck for Blue. i can't afford the tuffy overhead console but wanted my cb overhead so we took a board and some strapping painted it with the same bedliner my rims are done in. the front is wrapped around the hook on the middle of the windshield the back around the middle roll bar. i'll have pics by the weekend with everything installed.

I was gonna mask them, but figured since I had down time at the shop I pulled them off, coated them then let 'em sit all weekend then put them on this morning.

The stuff drys quick so I probably could have put them same day but figured why bother lol I also did the fuel filler surround, and the Jeep plate on the front below the grill

Red scotch brite? doesnt sound to hard, i think the worst thing would be finding the time to put the jeep out of commision and all the prep work. Did you take the old paint completely off? and how did you go about making it smooth/ rough, I think i am going to buy everything in pieces over the next couple months.

I installed a set of KC lights on the windshield hinges and put a set of driving/fog lights on the rear bumper. The front ones are obvious but the rear are for backing up at night (the dark soft top rear window is very dark).

yes red scotch brite is like a sos pad for painters... lol no u can leave the old paint on, u need to scuff it really good, this stuff is 100% better then the spray can stuff. it doesnt fade or chip, so the better u prep the better it will be. if u have someone help u it should only take a weekend. the closer u spray the smoother it will be. the further away the rougher. (oh it cleans up great with a brush and water hose)

Quick and easy electrical upgrade is add some 4 gauge cable from battery to alt, batt to starter, replace the flat crappy grounds with 4 gauge maybe add a few. Go from fuel pump relay to fuel pump with 10 gauge low resistance wiring and use gold terminal ends. Use to do these on cars we upgraded for speed and sound.
