Mine will be black liner on a black jeep though.

I have seen some jeeps with the entire paint job done in bed liner, one in particular was an O.D. Green color, it actually looked pretty nice.

I like the look when it's new, but it will eventually fade, and I don't know how big the resale market is for a bed lined vehicle.

That's why I am not doing the whole thing, just the bottom part, where a lot of people put diamond plate or rock sliders or something anyway. One never plans to sell their jeep, but you never know when circumstances will force you in to it.
Won't fade if you get it clear coated and will stay "shiny"

Anything on how to make a Cb more thief proof? I want to buy one but I dont want it to just get stolen right away. I realize that if they want it they will get it.

Cb's are pretty safe against theft.

They just really aren't worth stealing, as the market to sell them is small.

They are more likely to take your spare tire, radio, change in the console way before they will look at taking the CB. Not a high-dollar enough item.

Whew. 233 pages. That was a long haul. As far as the quick disconnects. If modded at home do u guys do pins top and bottom or just bottom and secure it to what ever while disconnected.

No console, no problems:

PO took full console out and never put it back because it "looked cooler this way". I hate trying not to spill drinks by keeping them on the passenger seat while taking a turn. Not fun. Cheap solution for anyone who doesn't have their colsole or just needs more storage!

4pk window cup holders - $2.99
Self-tapping machine screws - $1.09

Cut window bracket off, screw onto dash, enjoy not tipping drinks over while driving.

Can you send a pic of it with no console? I've never seen it!
