I used to play hardcore. I quit when i was playing 12 hrs a day. Rejoined last January. Everything is easy mode. Mounts at level 10. Death knights. I spent two weeks looking for lost time dragon mount. I do HVAC. I was on a roof on day 14, I had the add on map alert thing and everything. So I take my crappy work netbook on the roof and shove it in the cold airflow I was sucking up after a job I finished early. Next thing I know the alert is going off. I pull the netbook out and try to thumb around on the touchpad. Next thing I know I get booted. When I log back on there is a Horde guy floating in front of me on his brand new lost time proto drake. I quit that night.

this thread is looking good guys, a lot of good stuff on here. Ive had some ideas, just haven't had the time or money to get all the stuff I need, I did mount a canteen and knife to my jeep though, but that's about it. Ill see if I can rig something up this weekend. This is hard to say, but besides the few things i already have in mind, im running out of ideas lol

dont want to get to off topic on this thread but 12 hours a day is nothing :-/ lol i bought WoW the day it came out to start something new (from EQ1) and from that day to just a few months ago i was playing 12-24 hours a day, skipping school for days at a time to raid, calling into work and such, i was a LOOOSER, put it this way, i quit with 3 lvl 85 paladins alone. (started them way back when, before dual-spec lol)

So many great ideas...

Just a quick note to thank everyone for all of the amazing & unique customization ideas. I'm a jeep noob with a new-to-me, fully-stock '98 TJ purchased just a couple weeks ago. I stumbled across this thread on Wednesday and have spent every spare moment since taping & spraying rattle-can Rustoleum bed line to freshen up the bumpers, door handles, and steps. Krylon Fusion to the fender flares is my next mission. Also picked up some spray-on lens tint today to black out my blinkers & such. Lots more to do, but having a great time in the garage with all of these fun & inexpensive mods while I work on convincing the wife to invest in bigger tires, a lift kit, etc. I'll post pics once I have something worthy of sharing. Thanks again & keep the great ideas coming!!

Front and rear, also the sway bars, no need for any of them on a leaf sprung jeep, especially the trac bars they just bind up the suspension. The leafs keep the axle centered under the jeep. Been running without those items for over a year and a half now with 0 problems and it's waaaayyyyy better offroad as well.

I will try and get some pics up with my cell phone, but all it is, is a canteen inside a canteen pouch/bag/holder and a hose clamp holding the pouch to the roll bar. It looks bad ass, and i will always have water, Its on the driver side rollbar, im going to put another one on the other side, you can never have to much water in an emergency situation. I also have a canteen belt, or a regular pants belt will do as well, this is so you can take the canteens with you if you need to walk somewhere.

since i forgot to label which side was up on my signals i had to re do them(although i did consider upside down/rollover lights). i made them smaller which enables the lights to be seen better and i also added a roof.

i will post pics when it gets darker out

Here are some pics. And my jaw dropped when they said it used to be a scrambler. But they said it became too much of a hassle.

I put blue painters tape directly on the lense. Searched jeep symbol online. Copied the image and pasted it into wordpad. Resized it and printed it a few times until I was happy with the height and width. I taped the logo to the tape then covered it with a layer of clear scotch tape. I used an exacto knife to cut out all of the parts I wanted black. It was a pain. I started Friday, took yesterday off and restarted today. Good luck

Before we traded off our '96 Chevy pickup I removed the under hood trouble light. It is a light with the cord wound up on a real. It has its own switch. I mounted it on the air filter box with its own fuse. Now I have a work light that won't get left at home, cost nothing and is always ready.
