I had to take the flares off of the front cuz im expecting new ones to show up REALLY soon anf while I had the tires off I bed lined the wheel wells to ensure no rust plus it looks good and I painted my shocks shock boots coils sway bar links and bumpstops with some extra paint I had from doing my axles and I gotta say I think it looks damn good

Not so much easy but fun I had a couple shallow mount 6x9s so I retrofitted them into my stock sound bar

Nice! I should do that...It's rust color as far as the eye can see under my ride...I've been concentrating on cosmetics above the body - painted interior, new shift boot, stereo...anyway, good work!

Uhhh well me and my buddy in a stock 4 runner and a Cherokee with a 3" lift an my wrangler with a 4" lift took about 2-3 hours to do that main trail. But it's kinda an 8 shape I believe so there are two ways you can go. And there is also another trail for jeeps that I am trying to find as well. I think it's trail 4 or something. So yea I believe you could make it a day trip. And even if it isn't and I go with you there are a few places in Morganton I could show you like the power lines where I am going tomorrow.

I purchased a Rubicon last month and have started adding some small mods. Less than $75 total.

Here is the Jeep... 2004 Rubicon:

Here are the mods that I've added over the last week or so:

The tail light is kinda hard to see, but it looks great at night. I was a little apprehensive at first, but it turned out way better that I expected. All it took was a can of bedliner and a Bama decal.

your going to think its crazy but it actually holds up really well ive gone mudding and powerwashed it countless times but normal spray paint and the great thing is if you want since its so cheap you can change it every week if you want and I painted it originally about three months ago and it still looked brand new I just put another coat on cuz I got some overspray from the silver on the axle and just did the whole thing

might have to try this with some rustoleum bedliner i have left. undercarriage was pretty much undercoated when i got it, but some components like springs and axles and such were not coated. Getting a little surface rust down there.

Very first MOD! Had to remove dealership logo and get an original American Motors Jeep logo! Showing some home town pride with this one.

Logo is selling on Ebay for $13.

Its not grip tape. Its a very durable decal type material that you can place on your jeep to protect the paint from being scratched

Took JKU springs and shocks, slightly modified the shock bushings and rear coils, installed them for a nearly 3" lift on my TJ. I added some Craigslist wheels and tires and I've got a pretty capable, great riding lifted jeep for the cost of two new tires..... Did I mention it rides fantastic? Yeah, buddy!!!

33x12.5r15's I'm not the most mechanically inclined person and it took me and my buddy 2 1/2 hours everything (sometimes with more muscle than others) fell into place. My front doesn't sit level, I think one of the springs I got was bad but it still drives great and still pretty true. I think I'm going to get some WJ v8 springs for the from to level it out... Craig's list here I come!
