I know reviews are mixed, but I like them. Had Gibson cat backs on 2 other vehicles and this was a few hundred dollars less. Also I tinted the front blinker lights. I know opinions are mixed here on that also, but I like it. So thanks again for the ideas.
Besides putting something under the seat with the 3/4" lift was there any other point in lifting the seat?

Don't worry about opinions being mixed. Your Jeep, your taste. There's a lot of great looking Jeeps on this site and a lot of ugly looking things on here as well but to the owners. ... It's what they like so it doesn't matter. You make it yours, not ours. This place is great for help and opinions. I love this site. But in the end you're driving it not us.
Anyway, welcome aboard!

Could someone point me to where there was a discussion about ground lights in this thread? I saw it a while back, and can't seem to find it now.

Leg room. Raised mine an inch, does help a little and doesn't eat up leg room in back.

Might be a stupid question, but.... Does this replace the headlight unit itself? Or does it fit right over it? The reason I'm asking is because I recently switched over to the h4's and I would want to put the halos only if it fits over the headlight and doesn't replace it.

It doesn't replace the whole thing. You separate the lens from the housing and then stick the halo ring in it then wire it out. Then you reseal the headlight and put it back in

I'm pretty sure unsealing the bulb is a complete PITA, being that I think you have to heat up the bulb in an oven to break the glue. I would just recommend the ones that were linked, rather than pulling the whole bulb apart.

It replaces the whole headlight. The ones I linked are h4 bulbs though, so I thought it was the best of both worlds.

Its annoying, but not terrible. Just need to make sure you have some extra headlight resealing glue to put it back together. I separated the lenses off of mine when I built my projector headlights. It was the easiest part of the whole thing.

Internal mounting to keep it out of the elements

I just posted this up on another thread but thought it should really go here as this is truly a cheap, easy, fun, creative mod. Modified the stock automatic transmission skid plate to accomodate my lift by making a modification to the mounting arm to allow it to go over the driveshaft, welding some new pieces on to the skid mounting arm, then cutting the center of the left arm out where the driveshaft has to go. This way I was sure that the mounting holes would still line up. Picture is worth a thousand words:

Today's fun mods. The grab handles were too thin so I beefed them up and added some green, took out old door stops and replaced, and added the decals I've had for months just waiting and debating on adding them. Looks good I think

Got my rocker lights put on today! Got the idea from 99er and I think it looks awesome! Gotta change the angle a bit and then call it good.

Anybody know if these are street legal?

If these jack wagons can run around the state of Indiana with blue headlights, you should be fine. Just call them puddle lights. Those are stander on some SUVs.
