That is awesome! Quick disconnects! And the shovel holder. I've been beating myself up wondering where to hang my axe and non folding shovel when "Hey, I have one of those shovels!" popped into my skull. Thanks for the idea. My axe is a fiskar with a plastic latching head sheath I'm going to clamp to the roll bar with a velcro lower down on the handle. Hadn't even thought about it until I saw that and went "Crap, just work with what you have darn it".

I'd imagine pretty well. It's been about 2-3 months and both have been perfect. So it's quality stuff

I detail yachts and cars for a living so I feel like its bad advertising if I pull up to the job with a mud caked vehicle. However, that doesnt stop me from getting it dirty lol. The paint was in bad shape when I got it and all I had to do was give it a quick buff and a good coat of wax and she shines like a star now. Plus all the dirt comes off a whole lot easier

I like getting the jeep dirty. But I tend to always clean it within a day or two. Less mud and moisture means less rust in the long run. And a happy jeep owner for many years to come

That's what I do. I leave it for a day or two then power wash the heck out of it.

yea i try to keep mine clean, but i bought the jeep beat up, its a great jeep, just alot of trail bruises and pin striping. funny story about going mudding. im sure you guys seen my jeep the last time i went mudding, i put a picture up, any who. later that day when it was parked outside my house, my neighbor thought it would be funny to write in the mud on my door. He wrote Pu$$y on it. needless to say after washing it, i now have Pu$$y permantly written on my door. I wasnt too pissed cuz he is a good friend of mine and its not like the jeep had perfect paint to begin with, but now everyone sees it on my door. He said if it doesnt come out with a buffer and wax he will pitch in to get a new paint job.. i should put a picture of it up lol

got my portable shower/water pump wired in. i also have all the hoses put together, all i need to do is re route the wires how i want them, and mount the water pump to the inside of an ammo can and ill be good to go. only thing stopping me are drill bits. With out drill bits i cant drill holes into the ammo can to mount the water pump. i tested everything out, and i have a total of 12 ft of tube. I can damn near wash the whole jeep if i wanted to. My wife took my computer, but im hoping i can use my old crappy laptop to upload the pictures. IS there an WF app for droids???

I bought a water pump thats used for rvs, and im mounting it into an ammo can with all the hoses plus the quick disconnectsto the ground and positive which leads to a switch. Soo basically its like a portable shower i can take in and out of my jeep with ease. I like it because not only does it give me water in case of emergancys, but if i ever go camping i can use to to shower and clean up. or if i go mudding real good i can use it to clean my windshield and windows. im not finished yet. but ill put up pics and specs and prices.

You have a tank to hold a small supply of water?

I have a 5 gallon jug/tank. it was free from work, and i could always get alot more if i need to. so depending on the trip and how hot it is and how much room i have in my jeep. I was spraying the water around earlier, and surpisingly 5 gallons goes a long ways

I was going to do some bedlining today for the first time on my:

Door handles
Side view mirrors
headlight bezels

My question is should I sand down the sideview mirrors? I guess it's plastic on there now and they have chipped off a bit. Not sure if I should sand down or just spray over them. As for the door handles I can just spray them and I'll sand down the bezels, right?
