I have it set up for a warn m8000 but all you need is a different harness. I'll post pics when I find the paper. (it's hand drawn so I'll explain any confusion)

I just sanded them with 320 grit sandpaper and cleaned all of the dirt/dust before spraying them down

whats the easiest way to get the hinges off the tail gate? the paint has chipped off mine and they look ugly i was goin to spray them with bedliner or would it be easier for me to take off the spare tire and mask the whole thing off?

Any one switched there tailgate so it lays down instead of opening to the side ?

Tape it. Will be much easier in the long run. You will likely run into issues with the tailgate lining up after you put everything back together.

I have one looks factory too just took the switch out of the handle cut hole in panel under steering wheel just big enough for switch wired it back up tucked extra wire away and leave the plug for the winch tucked behind the winch its self

It can work both ways. I had one bolt off perfectly and one I had to drill out. Try to unbolt and if it works then awesome if not spray on vehicle. As long as you alway keep one hinge on vehicle and the door closed. No alignment issues.

I think I remember seeing grade 8 clevis pins at my local NAPA. Grade 8 would be a more durable option if you can find them.
