Absolutely for off-road. Just use an 18mm wrench and T-55 torx then ziptie them out of the way. Leave them connected on the road. Quick disconnects are just easier.

I like everybody's link disco idea, especially the one where the bolt gets replaced with a pin.
But can somebody tell me what diameter bolt or pin I need? I can go to Lowe's here in VB and get grade 8 pins, but I need the size. I already asked this question before, but I think the post disappeared.

7/16 by 2.5". Haha it took me 10min of searching to find the size in this thread. You also need a 18mm socket/wrench and a t55 torx. Oh and find a way to hold up your sway bar after you disconnect. I used a clothes hanger

I fold up the links and use these straps to hold them up.

Not of the links directly I didn't think to take pictures of it. You can kind of see them folded up in these pictures though if you zoom in

tail light install heres the final pics:

Will post up some night pics later. I have a few holes to fill also cause I had to relocate my license plate. As for the light in the plate I went to Auto Zone and got a light up frame so I can still be legal to drive at night.

I've seen a lot of guys that have bed-lined their wheels, but has anyone done the plasti-dip instead? I've been seeing it around online. Here is one place: DipYourCar Home - Plasti Dip For Your Car - Resources & More at DipYourCar.com

For the sway bar quick disconnects do I need to know anything crucial like if I unbolt them I get a spike in the head? Do I need to use a jack or anything or is it just swap out swap in?

Make sure you are on level ground is all. If not there will be stress on the bolts. Same with reconnecting in the future. If you are not level they won't line up. No need for jack.
