I ski. So I plan on strapping them to it. That was my main reason for wanting it.

MA winter hasn't even started yet. Cold as f*ck no snow tho. but we get jan feb and march for winter sports. Sometimes dec. but not always. Skiing is an easier concept to grasp than snowboarding. But is alot harder to master. I wish I lived in AZ haha. Sun and snow and desert wheeling all in one place. Oh the envy

I have a all black tj, just spent 5 bucks on factory matching paint to black out the headlight bezels. when everything else is black, the stock chrome ones look kinda funky. Also painted the flares, common i know, but looks like a sahara. oh, also removed the front flare extensions and running boards, adding some rocker protection to give it a offroad look with little cash involved. a couple hours in my garage, two cans of paint, and a stick on protector made it look much better and simpler.

Its the little things that make a jeep look better, especially when they dont cost very much. Hence the reason for this page, I noticed thats your first post, welcome to Wrangler forum and to the jeep family. this Thread is an awesome thread to begin reading. myself, along with many others have posted alot of pictures and ideas. when you get the time, if you havent already look through all of the 50 pages, you will be very satisfied afterwards. Have fun

I have the Rampage frameless soft top so I dont think that will be a worry. I have been working on some things with a guy who builds towers for yachts. I might have some cool things coming from that.

Here's mine. I can get the top on and off easy. But some welding was required. I can get 3 kayaks on it or 2 with all the camping gear.

pardon me if this is has been covered, I searched this thread (51+ pages is a lot of reading!) and saw it was done for a JK it looked like, my take on it for a TJ.

Carpetless made it easier but mag light clips on each side of the tub plate.

Any ideas? Or your thoughts?
dont know if you did this yet or not, but I has an older gmc sonoma (s-10) the squared off looking one, and it had jump seats on each side of the extended cab, they folded into the trim and had a streamlined look when closed. If you are a junk yard type of guy you could maybe get the seats and the plastic side panels and and trim them to fit. never seen it done but the seats are small and compact.

Oh yea got new matching seat covers and painted my sons seat with the same krylon fusion to match lol

Dont Judge me! haha
How long have you had those seat covers on I have the same ones with the red inserts but the black parts are fading terrible almost to a purple color.

These are the IGGEE simulated leather ones. Sounds like you might have the neoprene, those always fade to purple. Anyhow, these are only a few weeks to a month old. We will see how they hold up, at least these are waterproof and clean up easily.
