Picked up a 5 can cooler sleeve from American eagle while I was there yesterday. And mounted it to my rollbar. $15 and I think it will be cool. I'll post a pic tomorrow when it's light out

nice, looks pretty good!! I got the same thing planned coming up, with a sliding drawer and not a hinged lid.. Except, I'm going to do it a little stronger, and with a beefed up lid, and contemplate bolting an OBA system on it.

Well my mod is I painted my jeep (a friend actually sprayed it) but it only cost me a 100 bucks in materials. I used a single stage satin black from my local auto body shop. I love how it turned out.

That picture is one of those "lady or lamp" perspective pictures! I looked at it and couldn't figure out why someone would want a 2" deep box and use hinges that stick out so far and then I realized the lid was messing with my eyes!

Nice work BTW!

Yeah looks pretty good. Hinged on the outside though basically cancels out any security you get by installing the trunk.....

I'm in Kansas and as often as the rain sneaks up on us just removing my soft upper windows and open back window is the way I go. ALSO KEPTS ME FROM GETTING SUN BURNT.

You have another option that I used on my '97 that didn't have a sound bar; I drilled small holes in the rear window / tailgate bar and attached wide Velcro straps to the bar with tie-wraps. When I wanted the window open, I unzipped each side, swung the window up and slapped the Velcro straps around the roll bar. It was much easier than what I'm doing now, but I'm not taking my sound bar out just to make it easier to store the window......

It's made out of pegboard so I think the lack of security is implied! Besides, I'm sure it was more to keep the honest folks honest any way.

^^ Nice, I have been wondering what to do with the left over paracord I have from my grab handles. What did you use to buckle them together?
