All I can tell you, is that the toggle is to turn on the power and the red monentary switches are for cabling out and in, a friend of mine did all the wiring since I'm not good at that!

i actually like this idea alot, but so far i havent needed to use my winch, so i dont want to waste the room for the switches

CJ mirrors for door removal... $29

I got a pair CIPA mirrors for a CJ off Amazon for $29.

Took some 1/2" conduit (yeah electrical conduit) and bent it 90 Degrees.

Cut it down to be 8" on each side. Flatten one side and rounded if off for the mirror side.

3/8" bolt at 2.5" long with sides slightly shaved to give a snug fit into the hinge mount side of the conduit and welded it up. ( DO NOT BREATH THE GALVI FUMES!!! VERY HARMFUL)

Shot with 2 coats of Plasti-Dip and BINGO!!!!!

No door and good mirrors..... no I haven't road tested them yet on the freeway.... I will report back when I do... later!!!!

The mod isnt for turning on your dome light, Its for turning it off lol. When you remove the doors the doorpins are out constantly (as if your door is open) which keeps the lights on. When the switch is turned off the domelight will only be controlled through the headlight switch. When the switch is on your doorpins will work normally. Works perfectly BTW, just need to do some wheeling to see if I need to modify anything to make it stay in the fusebox.

Its an igloo marine cooler. Snugs down nice and tight. My girl will be able to grab me a soda while on our trip to Colorado this Friday.
Wood cover for bed - $50
6x9 speakers in the front bulk head of cover $20 (Craigslist)
150 watt amp mounted to the cover $35 (crappy boss audio amp)
Cooler - $20 (walmart)
Hardware for mounting cooler - $10

Not having to worry about losing your beer on the trail - priceless
I did something similar to this a couple of months ago and it turned out pretty good. I also added a tire carrier and have my spare tire mounted to it. High lift jack mount on board air tank and possible Jerry can mount to come. Mine bolts to the cab where the hard top bolts using eye bolts so I have anchor points and has three pieces of angle iron going across the tub for support. Also going to use some scrap angle iron going up vertically from the rear seat mounts to give more support in the future. I'll post some pics maybe tomorrow.

(2) 1/4" wide hose clamps
(2) pieces of shim stock (very thin metal)

Push your door pin in and measure the distance (Don't be too accurate) and cut and bend your metal like so....

Tighten the hose clamp just enough to go around the door pin body with enough room to slide the metal over the pin and under the clamp, press-hold and tighten it up!!!

Now if you are worried about scuffing the paint, grab some electrical tape and wrap it tight.... DONE!!!!

Took all of 10 minutes!!!!
curious why you didnt just take the fuse out, because with the fuse takin out it only disables the lights and beep from being on continuously, you can stick turn the switch on your turn signal to turn the dome lights on..
