Yes. He is right. It's paracord. You can buy it from eBay, amazon, etc. I bought mine from the local army surplus store. And I'm almost positive that it is 550 also

yea they are sweet, hey what do you guys think about put fog lights on top of the windshield, or two fogs and two driving, the driving for distances and the fogs to illuminate everything close, does this make sense?

I wouldnt put fogs there, they will shine right onto your hood, that spot should have driving lights or long range lights only. However, I thought about putting fogs on the extreme ends and facing them out to the side, just not sure how that would look on top of the Jeep.

I have that in stock already, im not a big fan of chrome. im gunna be buying some fog lights for the front bumper as well, but havent decided on any yet, they are all relatively close in price range as far as the cheap ones go.

the 4 lights i have up top are actually tapped into my fog light switch, so they go thru the factory relay and switch, however, my two lights on the bottom i believe dont have a relay, i havent had a problem yet.
