Alan did you take your dash apart or paint it in place? I started to take mine out but the air bag cover piece is riveted in.

Well my jeep is hunter green. And tan interior. I saw how you painted it and gave me a thought of doing it also. Still deciding. I'm also doing bed liner for my floor. I'm tired of roled up stained carpet. And when i redo that I'm thinking about doing parts of dash black and i wanted to see how yours looked again. I'm also repainting jeep midnight blue soon.

ahhh it looks good imo, im going for a more military camo style look though. And if your already thinking about paint the jeep i would hold off on the interior, well unless you just like paainting and change. You will absolutely love the bedlined floor. Its awesome, however dont get the cheap crap, get the good stuff its worth it. Not only does it look and protect better, but it also reduces heat and noise.

Hey the jeep turn signal cut out is just a picture I printed out of my computer with normal paper in black and white. So
1. you take off the turn signal lights there will be two screws in each of them and it's easiest to reach around the fender and undo the lightbulb.
2. You mask off both lights the wider the masking tape is the better FYI
3. go online and look up black-and-white pictures of the Jeep emblem or whatever you'd like, print them out and cut them to size and tape them over top of the masking tape with just some clear scotch tape.
3. using an X-Acto knife or box cutter cut out the design on the light make sure you press hard enough to cut through the masking tape under the paper but not so hard that you damage the light (really important make sure you cut out the reversal of what you want).
4. spray paint it. honestly I used truck bed liner the textured paint looks cool and it's a lot more durable than other paints.
5. but about 2 to 3 light coats on and then remove the masking tape and any paper you have on there. let it sit for about 10 minutes and for the best look spray a clear enamel over the top of it to get that finished look I used the Krylon clearcoat the plastic clear.
6. LOL obviously put them back on and plug your bulbs back in...

That pull handle has two 10 mm nuts behind it. Don't even worry about the airbag, it doesn't come out. Lol found that out last night. Its got rivets in it, right at that top release line. The top will fold down and bottom will fold up, but they done let it come out.

Painted my own door entry guards with truck bed liner. Tried Plasti-dip first but it peeled up with the tape. Now I'm going to leave the doors open all night long before I shut them tomorrow...don't want to paint the doors shut!
