I have a 05 Wrangler Unlimited. About 3 months ago I went through a mud hole about 2 1/2 ft deep. (It was fun but costly). I have 33" X 12.5" tires. Been having check engine light issues ever since. 1st it said my IAC and O2 sensors before CAT were bad. So I replaced them didn't work. went through the wiring harness and found a couple dirty plugs but pins were clean. Cleaned them up anyway. Found my blinker switch burnt. ( Fog light issue) Fixed it and replaced the blinker switch. Pulled my whole dash out and found no other dirty or bad plugs. looked around the engine and trans and didn't find anything wrong. Each time I work on the jeep I unplug the battery. When I get done, the computer is reset. I get 10-80 miles before the light comes on. Never has the same codes. Some are repeats. The 1st time it was only 3 codes. Then 5, back to 3, then 1 and has been up to 7 codes. Sometimes it even repeats the code. The last 2 times this has happened these are what the codes were: Last time the light came on P0133, P0201, P0032, P0038, P0052, P0052, P0058, & P0133. 2nd to the last time the light came on P0153, P0508, P0201, P0032, P0038, P0052, P0058. It has repeated the P0508 just about every time.
When the Check Engine light comes on, it sometimes allows you can keep driving normal and other times it spits and sputters. Dies when push in the clutch. I'm tired of replacing parts and not fixing the issue. I don't what to replace the computer unless that is the problem.
Does this sound like my computer got messed up or does someone know what else I can do?
Thank You for any help.
