After owning my Sunrider for 6 years (4 years out of warranty) I emailed them with several problems that I've been experiencing. They agreed to replace the problem related parts free of charge. Now granted, it may have only cost me about $30 max, but they were willing to cover it + shipping without an argument of any sort. I really didn't expect much, yet I'm very happy with the results.
This sort of reminded me of the time when I was 15 and the seal went prematurely bad on my Crossman BB gun. With dad's encouragement, I wrote them and before I knew received two seals, a large box of BB's and a box of pellets. That was great customer service, but seemed to be the norm back then. This was also a great lesson to learn as a kid. I've seen this lost over the years and am glad to see that there are a few company's still around that simply want to make their customers happy.
