Chief Axles on a TJ

Since my last bid on parts failed, checking a different path. Found a set of D44s from a 78 Cherokee Chief (SJ?). These are full width axles. I'm guessing to make these fit, I'd need to make some brackets, but everything else should be plug and play.

Your first problem is the front axle will be a passenger side drop. You will want a 1980 and up for a driver side drop.

And another thing to watch out for is making sure the rear axle is centered. Some of the wagoneers / Cherokee chiefs had off set rear axles.
