"Ching" noise

I have this "ching" noise that happens everytime I drive over a small imperfection in the road or bump. I swear it sounds like a screw or socket fell somewhere in my frame and is just lost. Not really a big problem besides the fact that it is downright annoying on bumpy roads.

Any ideas?

I know this is going to sound weird but check your brake pads. I have a loose brake pad on my scion right now and it has a light metal on metal noise. I dont know why it does it but havent tried to fix it yet. I have found one way to test this is to go down the road and hold your foot on the brake while going over bumps.

Does sound weird but I'm willing to try it. I'm at the point to where I want to wear ear muffs while driving.

NSG-370 or in more simple terms, 6 speed manual that also has an excessively annoying reverse

Oh then what I had in mind wouldn't help. I found a trans cooler line rattling against the exhaust on the driver side.

Ah okay. If it helps any, the noise seems to originate from the front of the vehicle. Sometimes it seems like it moves though but that may just be my imagination

Figured it out! I pulled off my tires to check to make my brakes were on good and tight and sure enough, I look inside my front left coil to see that my bump stop is upside down. Poked it with a screw driver and turns out the damn thing is loose. The screw that secure it is broke off and will likely need some tapping to pull the screw.

Just Empty Every Pocket right

*sigh
