Clacking noise from bottom of engine

99 TJ 2.5 , 33" MT's 4:56 gears
Ok the engine has been rebuilt And I hear a clanking sound from bottom of engine. It only happens when engine is cold and only lasts for about 3 minutes.
Engine has great power and runs great.

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Mine ticks. I'm assuming it is the lifters, I believe most jeeps engines are noisy when cold.

Mine makes an odd sound as well when cold, but it's never been something that's seemed to be a problem or anything. It's almost a tick or a click. It goes away right after I've driven for a few minutes.
