Cleaning stock black fender flares ?

Ok I'm picking up my (new to me) 06 Rubicon on Monday and I'm wanna clean it up before I get it dirty... What is the best way to restore the fender flares ?

Many are restoring them with black spray paint that will adhear to plastic...like this:

I bought some used ones off of craigslist and i used just some general cleaner then used 2 cans of rustoleum bed liner for all 4 flares.

krylon fusion satin black paint--its mean for plastics. Made them look brand new, haven't had to touch it up yet.

If you don't want to paint and just want to restore the flairs, I recommend Mother's Back to Black or 404 Aerospace Protectant. 404 is better but more expensive.
I get mine fron Ace Hardware.
