I have a 2000 TJ with 178000 miles. Lately Ive had a fairly loud clicking and popping noise coming from the passenger side (i think) when turning slow and on a slight angle and over bumps. It makes the noise when the steering wheel is 1/2 to 3/4 turned but not when fully turned. I have replaced the u joint, ball joints, shocks, drag link, tie rod, steering stabilizer, wheel bearing and all TREs. What else is left control arms, sway bar, links and the track bar? I have a few pics of the passenger side upper control arm, lower arm and the passenger side of the track bar. Im guessing the upper control arm bushing looks shot? Im still learning guess I should have checked them first.

Check your swaybar for play/worn bushings and tightness.

I would say crank shaft joints. I had a similar problem on my TJ. Replaced the joints and sounds were gone
