Clutch fixed& no start help asap!

Replaced slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder but the plastic peace that connects to the lever under pedal that has wires going to it broke? No I got good pressure in my clutch but jeep won't start anyone know what I'm talking about???? 99 tj

I bypassed the fuse and jeep runs fine and shifts fine now but check engine lights on??? How do I get it off

undo the battery for a few minutes, with the headlights on, it will clear the code, if it comes back then you have a issue you have to resolve...its not from the fuse bypassig the clutch safety switch, that wont throw a code
