Unhappy Clutch problem!

Hey guys, i was driving down the road today beautiful day top down having fun. anyway i was driving and noticed i couldnt get out of gear or into a new gear. so i finally got it out of gear and pulled over. sitting there trying to get it into gear but it was impossible. Turned off the engine and it slid in 1-5 and reverse, so i started the jeep up in first gear and its pulling as if i were giving it gas. but i wasnt. started it in reverse same thing happend. When i start it in neutral i cant get it into any gear and grinds bad for reverse. ANY IDEA!!?
