Clutch question.

Does anyone know a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to have a clutch rebuilt? I can feel mine going out and I would like to get it done as soon as possible.

Rebuilt???? Nope, have to replace it.

On average a decent clutch kit such as the LuK will run you just under $200.

Can't tell you labor charges to install it. I do all my own work. But most shops average $85 an hour for labor.

Last time I priced one through NAPA, parts were in the ballpark of about $225-$250. That was for a 2.5, including a new flywheel.
