Was having some issues with my soft doors and he posted up a solution in my thread http://www.wranglerforum.com/f5/two-...ns-219931.html

I also took his suggestion for the pipe insulation around the bars to make it quieter...HOLY CRAP...HUGE difference.

I found out Home Depot sells the stuff in 6 foot lengths per-cut that self seals $1.94 what a bargain.

this is the stuff...DIY: Insulate Water Pipes | Apartment Therapy

5/8 inch the smallest they have...cut to length for the horizontal metal bar inside your soft door and trim a bit for the handle....I can take a pic with my phone if you like

All I have done so far is the one bar on both sides...I suppose you could do more but I don't think you need to....if you look close you can see the seam where it seals itself...just rotate it to hide the seam before you start trimming for the handle

Ok I see now. I have the half steel doors. Wouldn't work for me. Sorry to have made you walk outside but I bet someone will find it useful.
