COD 2012 better than a rubi TJ?

Want to hear your thoughts on this if you were going to up grade: would you go for a TJ Rubi or the new COD 2012 or 12 Rubi?

the COD 2012 based on a sahara or rubi? i remember that i read it somewhere but i don't remember which.....i kinda think it's a rubi.

even if it's a rubi, you still need to say what do you need your wrangler for, it makes a big difference while choosing

I think it is based in a rubi as well as far as appearance I would take the COD stickers off but I do like the extras they put on it like the winch, lift etc
