I'm just a newb here myself but my forum research on this same code was to replace all O2 sensors when the time came not just a specific one. I have a Cali emissions jeep that got the code at 109K miles. It has four O2 sensors and I replaced all of them just a week ago. Problem solved.

The Cali emissions jeep has two mini cats with one O2 sensor each above and below the cats. The non-Cali will only have one cat and two O2 sensors. Just a quick visual check will tell. There are a lot of good O2 sensor threads in this forum that will tell you everything you need to know. Just search on O2 sensors.

You will have 4 sensors instead of just 2.
