Cold breeze

I have a pretty significant breeze on my passenger floor board. I have posted this before with no luck. I'm at a loss. My wife hates riding with me in the winter. Its coming from under the dash. I checked under the wiper cowl for a clog but it's clean there are no holes somewhere I can tell. Please help

Find a small Neighbor Hood Child and give him a ride, and the way them Little Tikes can
Perform their little Contortionistic acts, (is that even a word ?) I'll bet the child will have
it PIN POINTED in no time at all.
HEY --- at least it's a fezable solution, RIGHT ┐
