I bought an 02 Sport model with a hard top at the beginning of the year. I had noticed a small wet spot on the driver's side at the tailgate each time it rained. This past weekend though we had 2.6" of rain over two days. Got in it for the first time yesterday morning and noticed a couple of drops of water in the driver's seat. I first thougt it was just water from the door when I opened it. Then I looked up. The entire hard top, front to back, had drops of water on it. Not like it had leaked. More like condensation. Any ideas?

I have a 2005 soft top and the first year no matter how much snow or rain not a drop. I bought a hard top and installed and the first snow I got in and the consul area was wet. I posted this and was told by 5 different people it was condensation.I had 180# (3x60#) of sand bags to counter weight the 400# SNOW PLOW ON THE FRONT. I picked them up from TRACTOR & SUPPLY where they sat outside. I dried them out in the house for a week or so. Put them back in and covered them with a moving blanket to insulate them and not a drop of water since. Is your carpeting wet or something holding moisture in your truck?

Thanks for the response Jeffery. I have had moisture problems at the tailgate on the drivers side, but only when it rains. I'll try the sand thing. Hopefully, I'll be changing out my hard top for a soft top shortly. Thanks again.
