Connecticut

Hey everyone. Im joining you all from a ****** place called New Haven Connecticut. If you ever get a chance to live here, jump off a cliff first. I love wheeling and there is nowhere over here I can find. I was born in Washington state and live there until 7 months ago. Wheeling was a every weekend thing. So im super lost here so if there is any place you all know of over here so I can get my 4x4 on, let me know. Thanks!

Hey CT isn't that bad. Except for the no legal wheelin, too many liberals, horrible drivers, and no place to wave your gun... Actually you were right it is kinda $h!#y.

Hey, I'm from East Haven. There used to b a place to wheel in North Haven. It wasn't legal but no one ever got bothered. The place has since been covered with no trespassing signs

There is no legal wheeling in CT, period. The best thisng to do is join a club, with access to private property. FWIW, I am a member of JonFund, JonFund, Inc. :: Education, exploration and recreation for the 4 wheel drive and off road community a club with access to land all over New England, and actually owns it's own land in northern MA. Check out a few clubs in order to find the one which is best for you.

Thanks

Thank you everyone who let me know about Connecticut and its lack of wheelin. I did drive up to West Hartford last weekend cause I found a place that said it was legal to go off road. Well after and hour drive I drove about 30 feet on a dirt road until i was stopped at a gate. Talk about pissed off, I didnt even get a chance to crack a beer. I will look up all those options. Tanks again.
