Console Sub Help?

Okay.
Am I the only one whos stock center console sub just disintegrated? Also I know I could check the parting out threads to get a replacment, but if they all disintegrate after a while, I don't want to buy one. Any recomendations on a good, long lasting, inexpensive, sub for the center console?

Thanks,
Chase

I used this when I replaced mine. It was extremely helpful.

Kicker 10CVT652 - it's not a direct fit (easy modifications) but it works if you're only interested in replacing the sub.

Yup, I used the Kicker to replace mine a month ago. Had to do some dremmeling to get it to fit snug in the compartment but it worked out nice. Sounds just as good if not better than the factory one.

Thanks, I will look into it. For the kicker have you had any trouble of it destroying itself?

I use an aftermarket amp on my kicker pushing well over what the stock amp is capable of. The stock amp doesn't produce more than what the kicker is rated for, so you're good.
