Contura V switch wiring help

I got three switches, each for Fog, Rear, and long throw lights. I know how to wire from relay to lights, where I am having a problem is how to wire the switch. I got a DPDT on-on switch from Otrattw. VDD2UNNB, It has 10 pins on the back. Two lighted switch. I want the top to come on with the dash and the bottom to come on when the light is switched on. How do I wire this thing? the only instructions that came with it is pin 7 - Neg for upper light, 8 - POS for upper light, 10 - pos for lower light, 9 - neg for lower light

Switch circuit

8 7
1 4
2 5
3 6
10 9

And to throw a wrench into it, would like for the rear to come on with the reverse lights and just switched on when needed.

can you post that diagram...

I just did OTRATTW switches but they were 5 pin

7 and 6 were grounds

8 was the top of the switch on with headlights

2 was power to the relay

3 was 12V+

as for reverse lights switching it on you would have to have the reverse 12v+ that lights the factory reverse light also pigtail off to power the lights. basically two power leads going to the reverse lights you install, one from the power of the rear reverse light and one from the switch.
