easy bolt on. 6 bolts 3 per side (torx head of corse) and the same 2 front laches as your soft top just did the switch myself. so much quieter and honestly rides a little nicer.

01 TJ 4in trailmaster sus, 33 SS trxus m/t's, IPF housings w/ ebay hid's, PIAA ion yellow fogs, old school KC daylighters, half top, soon to have poison spyder rockers and custom front and rear bumpers. finaly got an 8.8 and some other goodies. now its just time to put them in.

*WANTED* thick cut waggy D44 4:88's and carrier and a good set of 31 A/T's

Please feel free to ask any question that you have. Yes, there is the possibility that the question has been asked before, but that is okay. I know from experience that using the search option doesn't always get you the answer you are looking for. So if you have a question, post it up. That is what we are here for.

do you have full hard doors? Or do you have soft uppers? If you have soft uppers you may want to look into getting full hard doors along with the hardtop.

Some of us believe that the better change is to get rid of the softtop completly and just go with a bikini top. But I guess putting on a hard top is Ok too....... If you're into those things.....

What size torx? My TJ didn't come with an owner's manual.

You can use regular bolts to hold it down. Get some fender washers and wing nuts , that way you don't need any tools to remove or install it
