Couple quick questions!

I'm currently in Alaska but there's nothing around that I like, so I've been searching around where I used to live and stumbled upon this.

97' Lifted Jeep Wrangler *Perfect TJ*

The things that worry me is the ebrake not working and the front away bar being disconnected. I'm more worried on the sway bar, is this expensive to fix? Or could I drive it the way it is (as the current owner does).

Also does this seem like a fair price for this TJ?

Thanks guys.

Yea that's a pretty good deal. He has a lot of upgrades on there plus it's a rubicon. I wouldn't pay more that 9k though. Make that your max. Aim for 8.5 like he said.

I dont think its a rubicon. He said its a sahara edition... unless they made 97 Jeep rubicon sahara editions?

Take off the Rubicon stickers, the pocket flares, and the silly"if you can read this, then roll me over" that every stock 4 door soccer mom Jeep around me has on the window, and then ya got something there

How can I tell if it has Dana 44 axels? With all the fixes that need to be done and you guys saying around 8.5k to 9k, ill try and offer 8 grand to offset the price of having to ship it up here and fixing the small things. I don't know if it means anything but I'm 99% sure I saw this ad a few months ago but for around 14k.

If you still know someone in that area since you used to live around there I would have them go check it out and maybe make the deal for you. There's a lot of scammers on Craigslist. Not all of them but you can't be to carefully when your going to send someone that kind of money.

Why do people put fake rubicon stickers on? Someone who's not into jeeps wouldn't know what it means and someone who is into jeeps would know its not really a rubicon
