I want to leave the windows out of my top for several weeks, maybe longer. Dont want to keep unzipping the windows all the time. Is there a good cover I could put over the top to keep rain etc.. out?
Thanks, Tom
I picked up one on clearance at my local 4 wheel parts and have never used it. I just throw a trash bag over my steering wheel, flip the front seats forward and call it good.
Well, that and my Bartact seat covers. And no carpeting. And floor plugs pulled.
When I still had the cover (sold it) I ran this one and loved it. Not sure it would work with the rest of the top partially up though. I used it with the top down.
I just used my Rain Gear Jeep Cover - Rain Gear Jeep Covers - for the first time, on my 2000 TJ. It has a hard top which has developed a bunch of leaks during a hard or long-lasting rain. Texas had a mofo of a storm front move through Sunday night, so I put the cover on that afternoon and was impressed with the fit. Monday morning, not a drop had got past the cover. I'm very pleased with it.
Anyone know anything about the Raingear tops? Are they still in business? I've still not heard a thing from them.
I'm looking for a top for the rain we get so I don't have to keep pulling the softop up/down. Needs to be waterproof though...
