currie track bar relocater question

does this need welding or will i be ok driving it without it until i get it welded? some say I'm good some say no i couldn't get all the hardware to get on since the nuts that they sent stripped out on two of the bolts

Take the hardware down to the store and get some stuff to fix it. Then it's okay to drive on until you can get it to a welder.
