were your trackbar bolts and control arm bolts tight with no play...usually popping is the axle when it is able to move around.

is it on turns? are your springs seated the way they should be?

I just did the same swap and used all new hardware to ensure everything was tight.

describe more about when it happens, and do you have a lift?
