Dallas Repair shop for Ford 8.8 and regear

Hello guys and gals,
I have a 99 TJ 4.0l manual, 31inch tires (eventually will go to 33" in a couple years or so). I recently moved to Dallas, TX and I'm planning on swapping my D35 rear end with a Ford 8.8 and re-gearing at the same time (4.10 or 4.56, still a toss up).

Has anybody done this kind of work around Dallas area and can make a recommendation on a repair shop? So far I have found the following, but clueless on whom to choose -
1. Baertrax
2. Diamond Offroad
3. Collins Bros (when called about this, they asked me to call Baertrax).

Any recommendations from locals will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'd go with Collins Bros recommendation. I haven't heard anything bad about Baertrax, but it's been a few years since I was in the area. I've never heard of Diamond Offroad.

I'd stay away from 4 Wheel Parts, just because of their prices.

Thanks Lindel. I'll give them a call tomorrow. Diamond's website says they have been in business for 12 yrs but I can't even find one review of them in google or yelp for some reason. (Diamond Off Road Customs - Home)

Dallas differential has been great to me. They set up gears way cheaper than anywhere else I got a quote at and their work is top notch and they are very honest. Hard to come by in a mechanic nowadays.

The only thing is idk if they would do a full Axle swap. Here is their number
(214) 752-6736

Also red river off road in mckinney is where alot of my friends go for swaps. It is family run

Rock and roll offroad is also a very reputable shop and they actually wheel their rigs.
