Damaged Rear Spring?

Today i had my tires balanced and of course i had to inspect the under side once it was on the lift and i noticed the right rear coil spring looked as if it was gonna flip out from the top,so i checked the driver rear coil spring and it had'nt moved. I know that coil springs will drop a little, but is this normal or could it be a weak spring?

I am assuming a stock height wrangler, and the onlything pulling down on the axle is the weight of the axle itself. So, Its possible that it is pulling down on one more than the other slightly. it just depends how bad. I doubt its damaged, maybe a bit sagged but nothing dangerous.
